Boulevard Park

I went for a walk this morning bright and early!  I have to get some more miles under my belt, only 6 months to go until the 3day!  I left my house at about 6:20 and walked with a co-worker for about 6 miles.  We met right around the corner from my house and headed out to the bay.





On our way downtown, and it was pretty quiet.



Once we got to the park, we walked right by the water.  It was a little windy, but not too cold.





We stopped by the Woods Coffee location in the park.  I absolutely LOVE their new sugar-free Brown Sugar Cinnamon flavor, it's delicious!

Larabee State Park

We had such a GORGEOUS day yesterday!! After Aaron got home from school, we all went to Larabee State Park. One of his school friends came along with us to the beach.





I remember going to this ampitheater when I was a kid!


























































Back up the trail by the ampitheater there was a playground.

A few interesting ones...

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays Adrian goes to preschool in Ferndale, about 8 miles away from our town. While she is in school from 9:30 to 12:30 I go right down the street to the local gym and hop on the treadmill for a few miles. I have just enough time to walk about 3 or 4 miles, take a shower and run an errand or two and then pic her up again. Check out these two pics!!






The preschool was doing pretty good, but the gym had mud right up to the front steps!

Also, my dad works for Puget Sound Energy and sent me some pics that he took the last few days.

This DARN weather!!!

So several days ago it looked like this, and now it has rained so much that the entire school district is closed today due to flooding!!
